Stayed here for two nights with my family and absolutely loved it. Beautifully presented chalets with attention to detail and everything we could want. While sitting on the porch a toucan came and sat on the acai tree in front of us which was amazing. Great pool and spa area which was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. Friendly welcome and generous breakfast made for an unforgettable stay and we look forward to our next visit already. Thank you!

All wonderful. Smelling bed and bath linen. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Ample space. Kitchen equipped with the basics to make a meal. Excellent breakfast. You can choose several options to your liking. Safe environment, especially for pets, fully fenced with security gates so that we can rest assured when letting them loose. Delightful and very clean pool. Huge hot tub, also very clean and warm. Countless toys for pets. We have nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back. We love it.

I went to Chalés Santa Catarina, in 2022, with my husband and my pet. I had a great experience at a guesthouse on a tourist trail. I got a deluxe room, and I thought it was wonderful when I went. Well ventilated, with air conditioning to keep you cool and in the bathroom, the shower has great pressure and easy-to-adjust water. Regarding the location, there is a cold pool for humans and a heated hot tub. For pets there is a small cold pool. The space itself is not gigantic, but well fenced to allow pets to roam freely. I loved the concept of the mini kitchen in the room, bringing convenience to order something, or take something there to eat. For pets, they provide a waterproof cover to cover the bed, so that the pet does not dirty the bedding. Breakfast is served on the room's balcony, with all items ordered the day before. My experience at Chalés Santa Catarina was wonderful. We wanted a place to rest, and we got it.

We liked it so much! The entire inn area is fenced for the safety of the dogs, I felt very safe about that. They can play loose and free! The pet pool is very good and clean. Aya loved running around the green area and catching the balls ❤️ The view is free, in the morning the birds have a party on the balcony, beautiful to see. I was surprised by the cleanliness and structure of the luxury chalet; the bed linen was very soft, clean and comfortable… we slept very well! Air conditioning helped a lot because it was hot. Breakfast prepared and served on the balcony; They also serve bananas and cookies for pets. The service provided by the staff is top notch 👏🏼 Parking is next to the inn for greater safety for the pets, we didn't have any problems. Road to arrival in good condition. The only point as a suggestion that can be improved is the cleaning of the bungalows and upholstery around the pools and the cleaning of the walls of the heated pool/hot tub. But we really liked everything!

We found the size of the room small, but it matches the photos on the website and we were gradually welcomed with everything they offer for your comfort. Everything was very clean and fragrant and there was nothing missing to make you feel at home. Top-quality bed and bath linen. Very complete kitchen. Impeccable bathroom...everything wonderful! Perfect service and a wonderful breakfast! Don't forget to have a delicious massage with Adriana. We highly recommend it! We only released our pet on the first day because the inn only had one chalet occupied by 2 pets of the same size and breed, but the next day there were many guests of different sizes who found my pet strange. We had to keep him on a leash. Human pool, pet pool and spa with impeccable hydro. We will be back!
